SP Services Ltd, a member of Singapore Power Group, provides one-stop customer services for electricity, water and piped gas supplies in Singapore. On 1 January 2003, SP Services, formerly known as Power Supply, made a successful entrance into Singapore's New Electricity Market (NEM).
Customers can also make applications for utilities through fax or via the Internet in the comfort of their homes. They can also make enquiries on their utility accounts through the phone.
