The Housing process
Step 1 - Arrival in Singapore whereby our in house realtors will introduce you to the various aspects and formalities of leasing in Singapore.
Step 2 – Evaluation Analysis is done whereby our realtor will request your assistance to fill in our Client’s Evaluation Analysis form so as to obtain the requirements for your apartment.
Step 3 - House Hunting Arrangement would be arranged by our realtor based on the requirements.
Step 4 - Letter of Intent (LOI) would be drafted once the apartment of your choice has been selected, the good faith deposit will then be the 1st month rental.
Step 5 - Signing of Tenancy Agreement by both the landlord and tenant would have to be done before LOI lapses which normally would lapse after 7 days.
Step 6 - Taking Over the Leased Property whereby our realtors will prepare an inventory list of the apartment on the day of handover and our realtor will also check and ensure that all appliances, lightings etc are in good working condition.
Step 7 – It’s finally time to move in! United Relocations is warranty to your seamless relocation.
