He has defied the convention by putting up a 20% rebate on all domestic relocation costs including packing household goods for storage whilst waiting for the new homes to move in, when leases, sales and purchases are engaged.

Recognizing the situations of the charity organizations in Singapore, a 5% of all earned realty commissions will also be donated at the client’s preference to whichever their preferred charity organizations. This is a small way to help the less fortunate to enjoy the long and winding roads ahead.
